วันที่ 6 เม.ย.68 "ปวีณา" ประสาน ผกก.สภ.หนองแค จับแล้ว!! พ่อเลี้ยงหื่นขยี้กามลูกเลี้ยงตั้งแต่ 9-12 ขวบ มาราธอน 3 ปี จนเด็กเป็นซึมเศร้ามีตราบาปจมอยู่กับความทุกข์ทรมานพยายามปลิดชีพตัวเองหลายครั้ง ทำร้ายตัวเองจนต้องหามเข้าโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชช่วยชีวิตได้ทัน ตำรวจเตรียมคุมตัวฝากขังพรุ่งนี้
สืบเนื่องจากนางเอ (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 35 ปี ผู้เป็นแม่ ร้องทุกข์ต่อ นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี แจ้งว่า ลูกสาววัย 15 ปี ทำร้ายตัวเองพยายามฆ่าตัวตายได้รับบาดเจ็บขณะนี้อยู่โรงพยาบาลจิตเวช ที่ผ่านมาแม่ไม่รู้ว่าลูกป่วยซึมเศร้าขั้นทำร้ายตัวเองจนเกิดเรื่องลูกสาวบอกกับหมอและพยาบาลถึงเรื่องราวที่ฝังใจเจ็บปวดในชีวิตถูกพ่อเลี้ยงข่มขืนกระทำชำเราตั้งแต่ 9 ขวบถึง 12 ขวบ ตลอด 3 ปีไม่กล้าบอกใคร ลูกเคยบอกแม่ 3 ปีก่อนแต่ไม่คิดว่าจะเป็นเรื่องจริง คิดว่าลูกไม่ชอบพ่อเลี้ยงจึงส่งไปอยู่กับญาติที่จ.เพชรบูรณ์ หลังสอบเสร็จต้นเดือนมี.ค.ที่ผ่านมา แม่ให้ลูกกลับมาบ้านอยู่กับแม่และพ่อเลี้ยงและน้องอีกคน วันเกิดเหตุช่วงบ่าย 12 มี.ค. ลูกสาวอยู่บ้านคนเดียวและคิดกังวลว่าพ่อเลี้ยงจะย่ำยีอีกจึงได้ใช้มีดกรีดที่แขนทั้งสองข้างตั้งแต่ข้อมือจนถึงศอกและกรีดที่ใบหน้า หน้าอกจนเป็นแผล จังหวะเพื่อนของลูกสาวมาหาเห็นเหตุการณ์จึงรีบพาส่งโรงพยาบาลทำการรักษาบาดแผล และแพทย์แจ้งว่าป่วยซึมเศร้าจึงส่งตัวรักษาต่อที่โรงพยาบาลจิตเวชจ.นนทบุรี แม่ต้องการเอาเรื่องพ่อเลี้ยงให้ถึงที่สุด ขอมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ช่วยด้วย
หลังรับเรื่อง นางปวีณา ได้ประสาน ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชเพื่อประเมินสภาพจิตใจของเด็กสาวและให้อยู่รักษาจนกว่าสภาพจิตใจจะดีขึ้น ขณะเดียวกัน นางปวีณา ได้ประสาน พ.ต.อ. สุรเชษฐ์ แสงวงศ์สิริ ผกก.สภ.หนองแค จ.สระบุรี เพื่อจะให้แม่พาลูกสาวไปแจ้งความดำเนินคดีกับพ่อเลี้ยง
ภายหลังรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชกว่า 20 วัน เด็กสาวอาการดีขึ้นแพทย์ให้กลับไปรักษาตัวต่อที่บ้านและมาพบแพทย์ตามนัดหมาย นางปวีณาได้มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ พาแม่และลูกสาวเข้าแจ้งความที่สภ.หนองแค ในวันที่ 28 มี.ค.68 โดยพนักงานสอบสวนได้ส่งเด็กสาวไปตรวจร่างกายที่โรงพยาบาลและสอบสหวิชาชีพเด็กในวันที่ 4 เม.ย. เพื่อรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานออกหมายจับพ่อเลี้ยงมาดำเนินคดี
ล่าสุดวันนี้ 6 เม.ย.68 นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ได้รับรายงานจาก พ.ต.อ.สุรเชษฐ์ แสงวงศ์สิริ ผกก.สภ.หนองแค ว่าตำรวจสภ.หนองแค ได้นำหมายจับไปทำการจับกุมพ่อเลี้ยงแล้วพร้อมแจ้งข้อหา ข่มขืนแล้วทำชำเราเด็กหญิงอายุไม่เกิน 13 ปี นำตัวมาสอบสวนดำเนินคดีและจะคุมตัวส่งฝากขังต่อศาลในวันที่ 7 เม.ย.นี้
นางปวีณา กล่าวว่า ขอบคุณ พ.ต.อ.สุรเชษฐ์ แสงวงศ์สิริ ผกก.สภ.หนองแค ที่ทำงานอย่างรวดเร็ว เด็กหญิงรายนี้น่าสงสารมากต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานไม่กล้าบอกใครสุดท้ายป่วยซึมเศร้าจนคิดฆ่าตัวตาย สุดท้ายแม่เลือกที่จะช่วยลูกและดำเนินคดีกับพ่อเลี้ยง จึงได้เดินทางมาขอความช่วยเหลือที่มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จากนี้ นางปวีณา จะประสาน ดร.ธีร์ ภวังคนันท์ รองเลขาธิการ กพฐ. และ ดร.ตฤณ ก้านดอกไม้ ผอ.ศุนย์ความปอดภัย สพฐ. เพื่อให้เด็กได้ย้ายมาศึกษาต่อในโรงเรียนที่เหมาะสม และจะประสาน กรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ กระทรวงยุติธรรม เพื่อให้ผู้เสียหายได้รับเงินเยียวยา โดยมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะติดตามการช่วยเหลือเด็กหญิงรายนี้ร่วมกับกระทรวงพัฒนาสังคมฯ ต่อไป
