จ.ปทุมธานี แม่ค้าร้านอาหารตามสั่ง ร้องปวีณา ขอความช่วยเหลือ หลังเข้ารับการผ่าตัดมดลูกรังไข่ มีอาการผิดปกติ พบว่าไตข้างขวามีน้ำรั่วออกมา

วันศุกร์ที่ 16 พ.ค.68 นางเก๋ (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 48 ปี แม่ค้าร้านอาหารตามสั่ง เข้าร้อง "ปวีณา" ขอความช่วยเหลือ หลังเข้ารับการผ่าตัดมดลูกรังไข่ทั้ง 2 ข้าง วันที่ 24 มี.ค. 68 รพ.รัฐแห่งหนึ่งใน จ.นนทบุรี หลังออกจากห้องผ่าตัดมีอาการปวดท้องตลอดเวลา และหลังผ่าตัดครบ 1 เดือนพบมีอาการผิดปกติ มีน้ำไหลออกมาจากช่องคลอดตลอดเวลา ต้องใส่แพมเพิส 8-9 ผืนต่อวัน วันที่ 29 เม.ย.68 ตนจึงไปพบหมอผ่าตัดได้อัลตร้าซาวด์ไต พบว่าไตข้างขวามีน้ำรั่วออกมา หมอยอมรับบอกว่าน่าจะผ่าตัดโดนท่อไต หากคนไข้ต้องการเงินเยียวยาหมอจะยื่นเรื่องให้แต่ต้องรอให้สิ้นสุดกระบวนการรักษาก่อน จากนั้นหมอได้ส่งตัวกลับมาให้ รพ.รัฐอีกแห่งหนึ่ง (ตามสิทธิบัตรทอง) ใน จ.ปทุมธานี แต่เนื่องจากไม่มีหมอเฉพาะทาง หมอ รพ.ที่ 2 จึงได้ส่งไปรักษา รพ.ที่ 3 ใน จ.ปทุมธานี เพื่อทำการส่องกล้องใหม่อีกครั้งในวันที่ 20 พ.ค. 68 ซึ่งจะมีค่ารักษาส่วนต่าง 5,000 บาท น.ส.เก๋ จึงได้แจ้งให้หมอผ่าตัดที่ รพ.ที่ 1 ทราบว่าจะต้องเสียค่าส่วนต่างที่ รพ.ที่ 3 ซึ่งตนคิดว่า รพ.ที่ 1 และหมอที่ผ่าตัดควรออกมาแสดงความรับผิดชอบชีวิตของตนมากกว่านี้ เพราะเป็นความผิดพลาดของ รพ. ชีวิตตนไม่ได้มีค่าแค่ 5,000 บาท แล้วผลักส่งต่อไปแล้วจบ ตลอดเวลา 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา น.ส.เก๋ ใช้ชีวิตลำบากและทุกข์ทรมานอย่างมาก ไม่มีเงิน ไม่มีรายได้ เพราะไม่ได้ทำงานถึงกับประกาศขายบ้านเพื่อจะหาเงินมารักษาตัว
หลัง “ปวีณา” รับเรื่อง ได้ประสาน นพ.ปริพนท์ จุลเจิม สสจ.นนทบุรี และผอ.รพ.ที่รักษาครั้งแรก จ.นนทบุรี ให้การรักษา และช่วยเหลือเยียวยาตามมาตรา 41 เร่งด่วน โดยมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะติดตามกับ สสจ.นนทบุรี และ ผอ.รพ. ที่ 1 ที่รักษาอย่างใกล้ชิดต่อไป.
นางปวีณา กล่าวว่า หลังรับเรื่องร้องทุกข์จาก น.ส.เก๋ แล้วได้สอบถามรายละเอียดพร้อมกับตรวจสอบเอกสารแล้ว เห็นว่า รพ.ที่ผ่าตัดต้องให้การช่วยเหลือ น.ส.เก๋ อย่างเร่งด่วน ทั้งเรื่องการรักษาพยาบาล และการรับเงินเยียวยาตามมาตรา 41 วันนี้ นางปวีณา จะโทรศัพท์ประสาน และนัดหมาย นพ.ปริพนท์ จุลเจิม สสจ.นนทบุรี และ ผอ.รพ.รัฐ จ.นนทบุรี ที่ น.ส.เก๋ ผ่าตัดครั้งแรก โดยจะพา น.ส.เก๋ เข้าพบให้การช่วยเหลือสัปดาห์หน้า และมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะมอบเงินช่วยเหลือค่ารักษาส่วนต่าง 5,000 บาท ให้น.ส.เก๋ไปมอบให้รพ.ที่ 3 ก่อน โดยมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิดต่อไป
