จ.สกลนคร วันที่ 18 ต.ค.67 "ปวีณา" ประสาน ผกก.สภ.คำตากล้า จับแล้ว! "ตาเลี้ยงหื่น" ขยี้กามหลานสาว 4 ขวบ อวัยวะเพศฉีกขาดติดเชื้อต้องนอนโรงพยาบาลถึง 5 วัน หลังก่อเหตุรู้ว่ายายพาหลานแจ้งความตาเลี้ยงรีบเผ่นหนี ตร.ออกหมายจับตามตะครุบตัวได้หลังหนีข้ามจังหวัดไปซุกบ้านลูกที่จ.ระยอง คุมตัวส่งฝากขังศาลวันนี้
สืบเนื่องจากวันที่ 4 ต.ค.67 แม่วัย 22 ปี ชาวจ.สกลนคร โทรฯ ร้องทุกข์ สายด่วน 1134 มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ แจ้งว่า ตนเองต้องจากบ้านเกิดไปทำงานรับจ้างที่จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี จึงฝากลูกสาว 4 ขวบไว้ให้ยายกับตาเลี้ยง (สามีใหม่ยาย) อายุ 65 ปีช่วยดูแล จู่ๆ วันที่ 27 ก.ย.67 ยายก็โทรมาหาแม่บอกว่าเมื่อเช้าอาบน้ำให้หลาน หลานร้องไห้บอกว่าเจ็บที่อวัยวะเพศ ยายก็ถามว่าไปโดนอะไรมา ลูกสาวบอกว่า โดนไม้ทิ่ม และไม่ได้บอกอะไรอีก ผ่านไปหลายวันน้องก็ไม่หายเจ็บสักที แม่จึงให้ยายพาหลานไปหาหมอวันที่ 2 ต.ค.67
หมอตรวจพบร่องรอยถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ อวัยวะเพศฉีกขาด และมีการอักเสบติดเชื้อ ซึ่งลูกต้องนอนรักษาตัวอยู่ที่โรงพยาบาลถึง 5 วัน ระหว่างที่นอนโรงพยาบาลลูกสาวได้บอกยายว่าถูกตาเลี้ยงกระทำล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ วันที่ 4 ต.ค.67 ยายจึงได้พาหลานไปแจ้งความที่สภ.คำตากล้า จ.สกลนคร ส่วนตาเลี้ยงกลัวถูกตำรวจจับรีบเก็บของหนีไปแล้ว ตอนนี้แม่กำลังเดินทางกลับจ.สกลนคร จะถึงบ้านตอนเย็นวันที่ 6 ต.ค.67 ขอมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ช่วยติดตามคดีให้ด้วย
หลังรับเรื่อง นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี ได้ประสาน พ.ต.อ.นพดล วิเศษศรี ผกก.สภ.คำตากล้า จ.สกลนคร เพื่อให้แม่เด็กเข้าพบในวันที่ 7 ต.ค. และนัดสอบสหวิชาชีพเด็กหญิงหลังออกจากโรงพยาบาลในวันที่ 8 ต.ค.67 ระหว่างที่สอบถามเบื้องต้นเด็กยังไม่ค่อยพูดอะไรมากนักบอกเพียงว่าถูกตาเลี้ยงทำ พนักงานสอบสวนจึงได้รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานขอศาลออกหมายจับตาเลี้ยง ในข้อหา "กระทำอนาจารเด็ก" เมื่อวันที่ 9 ต.ค.67 ขณะเดียวกัน ผกก.สภ.คำตากล้า ได้สั่งการให้ชุดสืบสวนเร่งติดตามตัวตาเลี้ยงมาดำเนินคดี
จากนั้นอีก 2 วัน เด็กสภาพจิตใจดีขึ้นจึงได้เล่าให้แม่ฟังว่า ตาเลี้ยงได้ใช้นิ้วสอดใส่เข้าไปในอวัยวะเพศทำให้เจ็บมาก ซึ่งทางพนักงานสอบสวนสภ.คำตากล้า จะได้ทำการนัดสหวิชาชีพสอบปากคำเด็กเพิ่มเติมอีกครั้ง และรอผลตรวจร่างกายจากแพทย์เพื่อแจ้งข้อหา ข่มขืนกระทำชำเราเด็กหญิงอายุไม่เกินสิบสามปี เพิ่มเติมต่อไป
ล่าสุดวันที่ 18 ต.ค.67 นางปวีณา ได้รับรายงานจาก พ.ต.อ.นพดล วิเศษศรี ผกก.สภ.คำตากล้า จ.สกลนคร ว่า ชุดสืบสวนสภ.คำตากล้า ได้แกะรอยตาเลี้ยงที่ก่อเหตุพบว่าหลบหนีไปอยู่บ้านลูกในพื้นที่จ.ระยอง จึงประสานตำรวจสภ.ห้วยโป่ง จ.ระยอง ร่วมกันเข้าควบคุมตัวแจ้งข้อหาตามหมายจับและนำตัวผู้ต้องหากลับมาสอบสวนดำเนินคดีที่สภ.คำตากล้า โดยได้คุมตัวไปฝากขังศาลวันนี้
