ในโอกาสที่ มูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพโครงการบรรพชาอุปสมบทหมู่ เฉลิมพระเกียรติ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ หรือ 72 พรรษา ในวันที่ 28 ก.ค. 67 เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ณ วัดเกาะสุวรรณาราม สายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร
ในวันที่ 20 ก.ค. 67 นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ได้ทำบุญบังสุกล อุทิศส่วนกุศลให้กับ รองศาสตราจารย์ ศิรางค์ ทับสายทอง ที่มอบเงินสะสมในสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำกัด และคุณจิดาภา ณ เชียงใหม่ มอบเงินสะสมในสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด บริจาคให้กับมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ เพื่อได้ทำประโยชน์แก่สาธารณะ ช่วยเหลือเด็ก สตรีที่กำลังประสบปัญหาต่างๆ และช่วยเหลือคนตกทุกข์ได้ยากต่อไป
