วันที่ 11 พ.ย.65 แม่ร้อง นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี ว่า น้องเอ๋ (นามสมมุติ) ลูกสาววัย 11 ปี เพิ่งมาเล่าให้ฟังหลังเห็นข่าวมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ช่วยเหลือเด็กหญิง 8 ขวบ 2 ราย นักเรียน ป.5 โรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ที่ถูกนายเอ็ม (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 63 ปี ครูสอนวิชาสังคม และวิชาพละล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ โดยอุ้มไปนั่งตักห้ามส่งเสียงดังก่อนจะจับหน้าอก ลูบท้อง และจับอวัยวะเพศ จนตำรวจจับกุมตัวครูดำเนินคดีแจ้งข้อหาอนาจารเด็ก ที่ผ่านมาลูกสาวไม่กล้าบอกใคร แต่ตอนนี้จะลุกขึ้นสู้เพราะมีมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ช่วยให้ความเป็นธรรม
แม่กล่าวว่า ลูกเล่าให้ฟังเมื่อ 2 ปีก่อน ตอนเรียนอยู่ ป.5 นายเอ็ม ครูคนเดียวกันที่ถูกดำเนินคดีก็ได้กระทำกับตัวเองเช่นเดียวกัน ตอนที่เดินไปส่งการบ้านครูที่โต๊ะหน้าห้องเรียน ครูได้อุ้มไปนั่งตักแล้วใช้มือล้วงเข้าไปในเสื้อลูบที่หน้าอกและท้อง ซึ่งตอนนั้นตกใจมากจึงกระโดดลงจากตักแล้วรีบวิ่งหนีออกมานอกห้องเรียนแต่ไม่กล้าบอกใครเพราะกลัวครู หลังรู้เรื่องแม่ก็ได้คุยกับผู้ปกครองของเด็กหญิงทั้งสองที่เอาผิดกับครู และคิดว่าอาจจะมีเด็กอีกหลายคนที่ถูกกระทำ
นางปวีณา ได้ประสาน พ.ต.อ.วราวัชร์ ธรรมสโรช ผกก.สน.ตลิ่งชัน ก่อนมอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ พาแม่และเด็กหญิงผู้เสียหายไปแจ้งความที่สน.ตลิ่งชัน โดยพนักงานสอบสวนได้นัดเด็กสอบสหวิชาชีพในวันที่ 14 พ.ย.นี้ เพื่อรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานแจ้งข้อหาเพิ่มกับครูหื่นรายนี้ โดยมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะติดตามคดีให้ความเป็นธรรมกับผู้เสียหายต่อไป
