จ.พิษณุโลก วันที่ 5 ส.ค.66 แม่ร้อง "ปวีณา" ลูกชาย 4 ขวบ ถูกพ่อแท้ๆ ล่วงละเมิดทางเพศทางทวารหนักจนต้องเข้าโรงพยาบาล ข่มขู่จะฆ่าให้ตายถ้าบอกใคร สองแม่ลูกผวาเกรงไม่ปลอดภัย ประสาน พม. รับตัวทั้งสองเข้าคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพ พร้อมประสาน ผกก.สภ.แก่งโสภา จับกุมตัวพ่อแท้ๆ รายนี้
สืบเนื่องจากนางแก้ว (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 36 ปี ชาวจ.พิษณุโลก ร้องทุกข์มูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี แจ้งว่า ตนเองกับนายเทพ (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 41 ปี อดีตสามี เป็นคนหมู่บ้านเดียวกันก่อนหน้านี้อยู่กินกันจนมีลูก 2 คน ลูกสาวคนโต อายุ 10 ขวบ ลูกชายคนเล็กอายุ 4 ขวบ ตนกับนายเทพได้เลิกรากันเมื่อปี 65 ที่ผ่านมาลูกทั้ง 2 คน อยู่ในความดูแลของตน ส่วนอดีตสามีจะมารับลูกไปนอนด้วยนานๆ ครั้ง
กระทั่งวันที่ 21 ก.ค.ที่ผ่านมา นายเทพจะมารับลูก 2 คนไปนอนด้วย แต่ลูกสาวคนโตไม่ยอมไป จึงไปแต่ลูกชายคนเล็ก จากนั้นช่วงค่ำวันที่ 25 ก.ค. นายเทพได้พาลูกชายมาส่งที่บ้านของตนและได้กลับบ้านไป ก่อนที่นายเทพจะย้อนกลับมาหาตนที่บ้านอีกครั้งตอน 5 ทุ่ม ด้วยอาการมึนเมา โดยมาง้อขอคืนดีแต่ตนไม่ยอมจึงมีปากเสียงกัน ตนจึงได้พาลูกทั้งสองไปนอนที่บ้านยายซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลกัน
เช้ามืดวันที่ 26 ก.ค. ตนต้องออกไปขายของจึงให้ยายมานอนเป็นเพื่อนหลาน ซึ่งยายเห็นว่าหลานชายคนเล็กนอนร้องไห้อยู่ จึงถามว่าเป็นอะไร หลานตอบว่า "หนูเจ็บ พ่อทำหนู เอาแข็งๆ มาตรงก้นหนู" ยายตกใจมาก รีบดูที่ก้นของหลานสังเกตเห็นมีเลือดออกและเป็นรอยบวมแดง ซึ่งหลานยังบอกอีกว่า "โดนทำ 2 ครั้ง ตอนเช้ากับตอนเย็นวันที่ 24 และ 25 ก.ค. พ่อไม่ให้บอกใคร ไม่งั้นจะฆ่าให้ตาย"
จากนั้นยายจึงได้โทรมาเล่าให้แม่ฟัง ก่อนที่แม่จะพาลูกชายคนเล็กเข้าแจ้งความที่สภ.แก่งโสภา จ.พิษณุโลก และตำรวจได้ส่งตัวลูกชายไปตรวจร่างกายที่โรงพยาบาล ผลเบื้องต้นพบร่องรอยฉีกขาดของทวารหนัก แพทย์ให้ลูกนอนรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาล ตนต้องการจะเอาเรื่องอดีตสามีให้ถึงที่สุด ขอมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ช่วยติดตามคดีให้ด้วย
หลังรับเรื่อง นางปวีณา หงสกุล ประธานมูลนิธิปวีณาฯ ได้ประสาน พ.ต.อ.วัฒนากร อู่นาท ผกก.สภ.แก่งโสภา จ.พิษณุโลก เพื่อให้นางแก้ว ผู้เสียหายไปพบและนัดสอบสหวิชาชีพลูกชาย และนางปวีณา ได้ประสาน นางอรนุช ชัยชาญ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดพิษณุโลก นายนิตินัย อุทัยรังษี หัวหน้าบ้านพักเด็กและครอบครัวจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ช่วยรับสองแม่ลูกเข้าคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพที่บ้านพักเด็กฯ เนื่องจากเกรงว่านายเทพจะตามมาคุกคามไม่ปลอดภัย
ล่าสุดวันที่ 5 ส.ค.66 นางปวีณา ได้รับรายงานจาก พ.ต.อ.วัฒนากร อู่นาท ผกก.สภ.แก่งโสภา ว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ไปทำการควบคุมตัวนายเทพ มาสอบสวนแล้ว พร้อมแจ้งข้อหา กระทำชำเราเด็กอายุไม่เกิน 13 ปี ซึ่งเป็นผู้สืบสันดาน และจะนำตัวไปฝากขังศาลวันนี้ ทั้งนี้มูลนิธิปวีณาฯ จะร่วมกับกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมฯ ช่วยเหลือฟื้นฟูสภาพจิตใจเด็กน้อยรายนี้ต่อไป
